I was a part of a research project for Volvo cars together with the agency Fjord. The goal was to understand the journey of purchasing and selling a Volvo car, both from the customer and retailer's point of view.
We traveled to different countries and conducted in-depth interviews with Volvo customers and retailers to collect insights and understand their behaviors, needs, and emotions. We also did field studies at Volvo retailers, to observe the environment, workspace, and customers' behavior.

All the data was summarized and analyzed, with the research we could identify pain points and opportunities. A service blueprint was created and I was responsible for adding new user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to the service blueprint.
