Challenges
One challenge was to clearly communicate to the user where the money goes, show transparency and give trust. Another challenge was to increase donations without direct payment on the site. I also had the task to create a whole new visual language for the organisation.

Solutions
To solve the transparency issue I create illustrations showning specific details on how the money gets distributed.
A highlighted CTA button Donate leads the user to the section where the payment information, where Swish is the first option.
With user tests I decided in which order to show the content on the site to build trust. The result; first donation info and second reading about where the money goes and third the organisation work, goal and vision.
The colors is based on African nature and the illustrations is created with a playful touch to convey positive attitude.
