At Telia, I worked with online purchase and order flow for B2B customers. The goal was to make the existing customer journey more efficient, from product page to pay. The backend system was very complex with a lot of design restrictions. Telia had developed a new design system, and I also had the responsibility to implement the new look to all the B2B purchases and order flows.

The first step was to analyze and user test the existing purchase flows to better understand and identify problems. New flows were discussed with the team to verify possibilities with the design. Prototypes were created and user tested. The design updates were continuously shown to other stakeholders for input. Two existing online purchase flows were redesigned and a new leasing selection was implemented.
