One challenge was to clearly communicate to the user where the money goes, show transparency and give trust. Another challenge was to increase donations without direct payment on the site. I also had the task to create a whole new visual language for the organisation.
One challenge was to clearly communicate to the user where the money goes, show transparency and give trust to the user. Another challenge was to increase donations without direct payment on the site.
To identify usability problems I started of analyzing the website and created hypothesis about the user journey to set structure and script for the test session and client concerns.
The test session was performed with seven participant that represented the target users. The participants answered interview questions, walked through different scenarios and expressed themselves about the look and feel of the website. Test sessions lasted for one hour, the website was tested both on desktop and mobile.
The deliverable was an analysis report with the observations from test sessions and suggestion of improvement areas.
